People Manager is a rapidly growing HR magazine in the country, read by professionals, business leaders, and academics. The contents of the magazine help equip professionals and managers with the latest techniques and provide solutions to their workplace problems.

PM’s articles are published in keeping in mind the taste our readers and who know basic of management. The readers and mid levels to to senior level professionals and management experts, student and professor of academia.

PM encourage the professionals, intellectuals and other management practitioners and thought leaders to write article on any HR/industrial relation/labour law topics.

Managers are also invited to write their HR practices which helped their organisation in turning around.

PM also accepts articles, research studies and survey reports, recent reports, HR news, and the latest trends in industry, HR World and New World of work.

The length of the article must be minimum 1200 words. Article should be submitted in word formats with high resolution pic and brief profile of the author. Graphs design and table should be attached separately with the article in PDF/TIFF/JPEG format. Such matters should not be placed in between the article.

Confirmation of the selected articles is communicated after approval by editorial committee. Eventually, it takes 3~ 4 works days to publish on website and usually 3~4 issues time scheduling article publication on the monthly digital and print magazine.

Product/self-promotional articles/write-ups are discouraged. For such matters concerned agencies may contact marketing team.

Publishers/authors can also send their books for review publications preferably those which match the taste of reader’s.
