Most CEOs at big companies want to invest in Gen AI this year to leverage people’s potential and market edge in 2024 and beyond.
According to a new survey released on Tuesday, nearly seven out of ten CEOs worldwide intend to invest in generative artificial intelligence (genAI) this year. Global software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider Netcore Cloud reports that genAI is a top investment priority, with CEOs anticipating a noticeable return in the next three to five years.
According to the survey, consumers have a significant preference for quick and easy transactions as well as short-form video content.
According to the study, industry leaders are adopting influencer marketing and using brief videos to highlight their product lines because 90% of consumers are persuaded by videos when making purchases.
Approximately 89% of consumers stated that watching a video influenced their choice of good or service. Additionally, the study found that consumers actively research items and brands on Instagram, ranking it as the second most engaging activity on the network and drawing in 62.2 percent of users.
In the same vein, 65% of TikTok users base their judgments on what to buy online on creator recommendations and online reviews. Mahesh Narayanan, Chief Marketing Growth Officer of Netcore Cloud, stated that “as we step into a future dominated by AI and automation, understanding these trends is crucial for any marketer looking to make a substantial impact.”
Additionally, the survey stated that businesses that embrace strong multichannel interaction might see an increase in income of up to 9.5 percent annually as user preferences for various channels become more significant.
