Anil Kumar Jadli recommended as next Director of HR at NTPC Limited
In the pre-finalization selection process, where the panel interviewed a total of twelve candidates, Jadli, who is currently the organization's Chief General Manager (HR), was selected for the PESB on March 27.
The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel selected Anil Kumar Jadli to be NTPC Limited’s Director of Human Resources, among other aspirants.
In the pre-finalization selection process, where the panel interviewed a total of twelve candidates, Jadli, who is currently the organization’s Chief General Manager (HR), was selected for the PESB on March 27.
Six of the candidates that were taken into consideration are from NTPC Limited, two are from Indian Oil, and one each is from the Department of Telecommunications, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Ministry of Law & Justice, and Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC).
Mr. Jadli will join the NTPC Limited Board of Directors upon confirmation of his nomination and final approval, where he will serve as a director and report to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD).
As part of his responsibilities, he will be in charge of administrative supervision, personnel and industrial relations policies, and human resource development projects.
