Dr. Aparna M Varma

Aparna holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. She has a deep interest in how people experience, navigate, and make sense of work. Her research explores themes such as work relationships, organizational trust, psychological contracts, and the dynamics of power and voice in contemporary workplaces. She is also passionate about issues of gender, intersectionality, and inclusion in organizational life.She brings a strong foundation in qualitative research, combined with a commitment to socially relevant scholarship and impactful teaching.
