To address the issue of organizations struggling to effectively answer employee Tier-1 questions for a variety of reasons, EY and Microsoft have collaborated to create an intelligent payroll chatbot for the next-generation payroll platform.
The EY intelligent payroll chatbot will modernize payroll employee care, automate payroll administrator controls, and provide strategic insights for workforce development by leveraging the Azure open Al service and EY payroll expertise.
According to proof-of-concept findings, the chatbot will increase employee satisfaction and first-contact-resolution KPIs by more than 50%.
The EY intelligent payroll chatbot will be integrated into the EY employee experience mobile and web applications, which provide employees in 159 countries and 49 languages with compliant payslips, tax documents, and insights.
