Clevertap ropes Satyadeep Mishra as CHRO
California-headquartered SaaS based omni channel platform and marketing company, CleverTap confirmed the appointment of Satyadeep Mishra as it’s new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), on Monday.
CleverTap, CEO, Sidharth Malik, confirm this appointment with stating that team CleverTap is excited to have Satya onboard and it is in CleverTips top priority to nurture some of the industry’s leading experts and quality talent in the team.
Sidharth Malik, further stated that with Satya’s rich experience, they will effectively lead the people strategy at CleverTap and continues to strengthen the people-first culture.
Satyadeep Mishra, joins CleverTap from the hospitality-technology company, OYO, where he was posted as the CHRO for its technology, product, global functions, and international markets teams.
With over 20 years of rich HR domain experience working with the global brands Jio, Barclays, and Bajaj Finserv, among others, Mishra brings with him a demonstrable history of leading teams and conceptualizing innovative HR strategies across domains of talent acquisition, training and development, and performance management. He also played a pivotal role in the transformational growth journey of Jio’s core telecom and digital initiatives.
Satyadeep, himself, confirmed his appointment as people success leader at CleverTap, on a professional networking platform. Satya mentioned that the roles HR functions play, not just in people strategy, but even in business, have become significant for more companies, especially in the era of work from anywhere.
He further stated that he is elated to be working with like-minded individuals who understand the importance of retaining and nurturing bright talent.
