Emmanuel David, a visionary HR leader, has been named as the new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) of Altius. In his pivotal role, Emmanuel will be instrumental in shaping Altius’s HR strategies, fostering a high-performance culture that aligns seamlessly with the company’s ambitious goals.

With over three decades of experience in HR leadership, Emmanuel brings a wealth of expertise in driving strategic HR transformations and talent development across a variety of industries. His profound understanding of the workforce is grounded in the belief that an organization’s effectiveness is a direct reflection of its people.

In addition to his new role at Altius, Emmanuel has served on the board of Aster DM Healthcare and as a Mentor-Executive for the Master of Science in Technology Management program at Columbia University’s Center for Technology Management. His extensive professional journey includes significant tenures at Tata Group, Voltas, SREI Infrastructure, Ramky Group, GMR Group, BG Exploration and Production Ltd., Gujarat Gas Company, Volvo India, Shriram Honda, The Oberoi, Eicher, and Hindustan Motors.
