Hinduja Group, a leading Indian conglomerate, has appointed Amanppreet Singh Bhatia as Group President for Human Resources.
This appointment took effected on May 9, 2023, and replaced Sudhanshu Tripathi. He would be located in Mumbai for this position.
He has approximately 32 years of in-depth HR expertise, handling senior / strategic responsibilities in international organisations and reputed Indian corporates across varied industries such as manufacturing, engineering/automobile, FMCG, IT, and services.
Prior to joining the Hinduja Group, Amanppreet worked for Ashok Leyland as President-HR. He had been with the organisation for almost three years.
His prior positions include Group CHRO at Escorts Limited, Executive Vice President & Group Head of HR at VE Commercial Vehicles, Country Head HR at Intertek Group PLC, and Sr Manager HR at Symantec.
He began his career with Gillette India as an HR Business Partner and stayed with the company for over three years.
