Policybazaar employees get houses, cars as new R&R initiative

Policybazaar, an Indian insurance aggregator and multinational financial technology company founded in June 2008 by Yashish Dahiya, Alok Bansal and Avaneesh Nirjar.

 

Policybazaar is a digital marketplace that compares insurance plans and other financial services from major insurance firms via a website and app.

 

Season 3 of Jeeto Apna Ghar (JAG), an award-winning employee-focused project, finished last week at Policybazaar. The company stated that during three successful seasons, policybazaar’s Jeeto Apna Ghar contest has given out 23 houses and 8 cars, totaling over 25 crore in prize money.

 

Amid overwhelmingly positive employee feedback, Policybazaar last week concluded Season 3 of Jeeto Apna Ghar (JAG), an award-winning employee-focused initiative.

 

The contest is a testament to Policybazaar’s consistent efforts that go above and beyond, to reward its best advisors. The brand profoundly believes that the growth of employees is directly proportional to the growth of the organization. This year, JAG 3.0 saw the top 30% advisors contend to achieve the ever-cherished Indian middle-class dream of owning one’s own house.

The top 60% of Policybazaar Advisors participated in a first-of-its-kind employee appreciation effort at this year’s JAG, raising the bar for employee involvement across the country.

 

Employees have won 25 Cr in awards through JAG, including 23 houses, 8 automobiles, and cash rewards. In Season 3, eight employees each received a property worth INR 25L while eight others each won an INR 8L automobile.

 

Also, cash prizes worth INR 7.5 crores have been distributed as incremental incentives to the advisors, irrespective of them having won a house or a car.
