The newly elected Executive Committee comprises Salil Lal (President), Dr. Pradyumna Pandey (Vice President), Vir Bharat SPHRi™ (Secretary), and Dheeraj Modi (Treasurer)—a team that blends continuity with strategic foresight.

With more than two decades of experience in global HR roles, and currently serving as Head – HR Business Partnering at Yamaha Motor Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. (YMSLI), Vir has been instrumental in driving digital HR adoption, workforce expansion, and organizational capability in a multinational environment.
