The hiring documentation procedures involving Notice of Appointment and Adobe Sign are being replaced by the second phase of the NEOED Online Hiring Center, which is now under way. The modification will enhance the onboarding procedures for newly hired staff members, returning staff members, and current staff members taking on on-campus positions at SIU Carbondale. It is intended to guarantee that new personnel are prepared for work on their first day.

This only applies to permanent hires; it has no bearing on or alteration of the hiring procedure for additional staff, graduate assistants, or student employees.
