Havells India appoints Indraneel Kumar Das as joint VP – HR from Byjus
Havells India Limited, Delhi based Indian multinational electrical equipment company, founded by Haveli Ram Gandhi, later sold to Qimat Rai Gupta, appointed Indraneel Kumar Das as new VP-HR.
Indraneel Kumar Das has been appointed as Joint Vice President – Human Resources for the electrical equipment business of Havells India.
Das joined Havells India from BYJU’S, where he spent nearly two years as AVP & Head-L&OD- Byjus Tuition Business.
Das confirmed this appointment on LinkedIn and stated, “I’m excited to announce that I’m starting a new job at Havells India Ltd. as Jt. Vice President – HR.”
Das is a senior global talent professional with 2 decades of contextual experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, L&OD across Fashion, Retail, FMCG, Lifestyle Consumer durable, and EdTech industries.
Before BYJU’s, he has had positions with Kohler, PepsiCo, and Raymond in a variety of capacities, including senior manager of sales capability, national training manager, and worldwide head-talent development.
Das is knowledgeable in organizational development, learning management, talent management, and talent development.
Das attended National Institute of Fashion Technology, Delhi, where he pursued his Business and management program. He received his PGP Certificate in HR from IIM, Calcutta
