The People Manager HR Magazine (PMHRM) has concluded its first finest virtual conference, titled “HRTech & Talent Virtual Conference- 2024 The Art of Possible, Design for the unconventional,” with great success.

 

This enthralling one-day online event took place on March 31, 2024, via Zoom online. Under the theme “The Art of Possible, Design for the unconventional”, the conference aimed to encapsulate the future of HRTech, navigate the intricacies of emerging CHRO work challenging in 2024, anticipate the skills demanded by tomorrow’s workforce, and explore the transformative potential of innovative HR practices.

 

The attendees set out on a voyage of discovery, learning from eminent keynote speakers and participating in thought-provoking panel discussions about the latest developments in global human resources.

 

Mr. Bir R Sanghvi, Editor-in-Chief of People Manager HR Magazine, gave the inaugural speech.

 

“As we gathered at the first HR Tech & Talent virtual conference of PMHRM, themed ‘The Art of Possible Design for the unconventional,’ our vision is clear: to chart a course towards a future where HR transcends conventional boundaries,” said Bir R Sanghvi, Editor-in-Chief at People Manager HR Magazine. Additionally, PMHRM can support India’s goal of being a developed nation by 2047. This occasion acted as a spark for creativity, teamwork, and change in the HR sector. Our group’s goal is to equip HR professionals with the skills, information, and understanding necessary to successfully negotiate the intricacies of today’s workplace and promote long-term development.

 

“The Art of Possible Design for the Unconventional” was our topic, and it was carefully chosen to give the HR community the insight they need to face the challenges that lie ahead and to show organizations the way forward. Our first best virtual conference, with sub-themes including “The Tech-Enabled HR Leader,” “Beyond Boundaries,” and “Beyond Generations,” was ready to go into the future and provide insights, strategy, and vision to unlock potential. “It was a forward-thinking occasion that solidified the plan while imagining the opportunities,” stated Bir R. Sanghvi, Chief Editor of People Management at HR Magazine.

 

After the keynote speeches, attendees participated in a number of panel discussions to hear perspectives from prominent CHROs and HR Thought leader’s. In “The Art of Possible Design for the Unconventional,” the leaders explored the practices reshaping the field. Topics covered included The New Mandate for CHROs in 2024 and Solving the Talent Equation: Innovation, Value & Growth within the hybrid work model, developing future-ready skills, and maximizing the potential of the gig economy. Additional sessions covered cutting-edge topics like using AI to gain strategic insights, advocating for DE&I (diversity, equity, and inclusion), incorporating blockchain technology into HR software, reframing talent management tactics, boosting employer branding initiatives, addressing workplace mental health issues, and reimagining leadership for the future, among many others.

 

Young HR leaders were expected to find great value in the one-day virtual conference since it offered them a platform to share ideas, develop their professional skills, and obtain deep insights.

 

Furthermore, the learning opportunities that the event offered allowed them to create lasting relationships, work together with colleagues, and establish a strong support system within the HR community and people Manager HR Magazine.

 

In the end, this conference gave young HR professionals a platform to advocate for themselves, spur creativity, and advance advancements in the field of HR.

Keynote : Dr. Vivek Trivedi: Dr. Vivek Trivedi🥇- Vivek Ji – Global HR Mentor : The next level of AI & HR was nothing short of brilliant. The ability to demystify complex concepts left the participants inspired. The HRTEch journey from “Akbar to Akbia”.

 

CHRO Panel Discussion : Sharad Chandra Lalit Mishra  Dr. Vivek Trivedi🥇- Vivek Ji – Global HR Mentor Dinesh Prabhakar, SHRM-SCP, CPHR  Dr Naipal Singh   The exchange of ideas and experiences during this panel was enriching. ‘The New Mandate For CHROs In 2024’  Talent Mobility, Learning & Development, Career Progression, Recruitment process & technological Advances were shedding light on critical HR challenges.

 

CXO Panel Discussion : Venkatesh Palabatla Dr. Vivek Trivedi🥇- Vivek Ji – Global HR Mentor   Ivan John : CXO panel was a powerhouse of knowledge.
