Samra Rahman join Hero Vired as Head- People & Culture
On Monday, Samra Rahman confirmed her appointment from Hero Vired as Head-People & Culture on LinkedIn.
Hero Vired, a LearnTech Start-up venture of Hero Group also announced the appointment Samra Rahman as Head People and Culture. As a people oriented employer Hero Vired, issued a welcome note on internal media to welcome Samra Rahman to lead the People and Culture team.
With over 20 years of experience in Human resource and People Management, Samra Rahman will focus on aligning the Human Capital with the overall goal of the Organisation.
Samra will be responsible to for retaining, nurturing and attracting top talent to multiple through Learning and Development efforts to strengthen the people centric culture of Hero Vired.
As a core leadership team player, Samra Rahman will drive talent growth opportunities with an agile culture to enhance productivity and accountability to aid Hero Vired’s next phase growth.
Before joining Hero Vired, Samra was Chief Human Resources Officer at Centum Learning. She has also been associated with reputed companies like HCL Technologies, IBM and Tata Teleservices in the past.
Samra Rahman, holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Master’s degree in English Literature from Jesus & Mary College, Delhi University.
