SIBM Alumnus Agniwesh Thakur join Deloitte India as Director- Human Capital

Deloitte India, an audit, consulting, financial advisory, and tax services firm, appoints Agniwesh Thakur as Director, Human Capital, for client services.
Agniwesh has confirmed his move on a professional networking platform and expressed that “he is happy to share his move as Director, Consulting-Human Capital Transformation with Deloitte India.”
In this new role, he will be based in Gurugram and lead the HR technology transformation for client services.

Agnivesh has diversified experience in Digital Human Capital Management and transformation. He had drives and designed multifacet digital HCM transformation for organisation in his professional journey. He has over 17 years of experience in the HR domain. He supported the organization’s digital HR transformation by simplifying HR processes to enhance the employee experience.
Agnivesh also has global accreditation in Human Resource Information and Transformation solutions consultation, advisory, and implementation for industries. He is actively engaged and involved as a volunteer to initiate CSR activities and help NGOs execute their projects.
Before moving to Deloitte India, Agniwesh was Vice President, HCM, at Accenture. He previously worked for Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and Infosys, and he has extensive experience in the transformation of HR technology. He also brings a wide range of expertise to the design of HRIT Systems.
Agniwesh has a Master’s in Human Resources Management from SIBM and Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule University, Pune. He also has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Delhi University.
