A United States based software business announced a 9-day recharge break to refresh their employees, which astonished and amazed everyone in the company.
HackerRank, a technology firm that specializes in competitive programming challenges for both consumers and companies. Developers compete by building programs based on specifications provided by the hiring platform, which is taking a 9-day recharge break from July 1 to 9.
According to media sources, the corporation remarked, “We have all been seeing a lot in recent times about hectic work-life balance, employee making up reasons to get leave or go on vacation.”
