Natalie Rothman Appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at The Hershey Company

The Hershey Company has announced the appointment of Natalie Rothman as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), bringing aboard a seasoned HR leader with more than 25 years of experience across multiple industries.

 

Rothman, a two-time CHRO and accomplished board member, is widely recognized for her ability to build high-performing teams and modernize HR operating models. Her career spans consumer products, retail, food service, automotive, and beauty—sectors where she has consistently elevated workforce capabilities, especially among hourly and frontline employees.

Prior to joining Hershey, Rothman served as CHRO at Inspire Brands, where she spearheaded HR modernization through business process automation and AI integration. Her earlier tenure at Advance Auto Parts saw her lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on cultural evolution, talent development, and technology-enabled HR solutions.

 

Rothman is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar and the Human Resources Policy Association.
