Before joining Isgec, Mahua served as Regional Head-HR at Maccaferri, where she managed HR operations across India, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific. Her earlier assignments include:

  • Group CHRO at SEMAC Consultants (Dalmia Group)– overseeing HR across India, Middle East, and Africa.
  • Senior Director-HR & Training at Xebia– leading HR strategy across India, Middle East, and the US.
  • Director-HR & Training at Hilti Group – where she spent nearly a decade shaping HR practices in engineering and construction.

 

Mahua holds a Diploma in Business Management (HR & Marketing) and has completed a prestigious Leadership Programme at IMD Lausanne, Switzerland. This global exposure has equipped her with a nuanced understanding of  cross‑cultural leadership, organizational development, and change management skills that will be critical as Isgec continues to serve clients in over 90 countries.
