FUJITRANS Corporation, a global logistics and supply chain services provider, has announced the appointment of Vinay Tanwar as Head – Human Resources for India. In this role, he will be responsible for leading people planning, talent acquisition and growth, employee relations, and workplace effectiveness, with a clear focus on supporting the company’s expansion strategy in the Indian market.

 

Vinay Tanwar brings over 15 years of experience in human resources, having worked extensively across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain industries. Prior to joining FUJITRANS, he served as Assistant General Manager – HR at Fitsol, where he spearheaded key HR transformation initiatives, strengthened workforce capabilities, and aligned people practices with business objectives. His earlier career includes significant roles at Motherson Group, TVS Supply Chain Solutions, and India Nippon Electricals Ltd., where he gained wide-ranging expertise in recruitment, labor relations, performance management, leadership development, and HR process improvement across multiple operational sites.

 

Tanwar holds an MBA in Human Resources from Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar, completed between 2009 and 2011. His academic foundation, combined with his practical experience, positions him to play a pivotal role in building a skilled workforce, fostering a strong organizational culture, and driving sustainable business growth for FUJITRANS in India.
