To supplement its vision of ‘Progress for Humanity,’ Hyundai Motor India has implemented a role-based organisational structure. According to a fresh release, the end-to-end ‘Employee-First’ transformative project was accomplished with strategic insights and support from Deloitte India.
All personnel designations have converted to new ‘Responsibility-Levels,’ ‘Bands,’ and now carry a reflected ‘Market Designation’ under the progressively architected organisation.
This organisational change aims to make Hyundai Motor India future-ready by building flexible work networks, establishing avenues to showcase talent, and progressing through fluid career streams.
Hyundai established LEAD (Leadership Excellence Development Academy ) as a precursor to the change. According to the statement, the academy intends to deliver a Sustainable and Futuristic Development Framework that includes individual experiments, learning and coaching experiences, and multi-assignment exposures.
“True to Hyundai’s pioneering spirit, the Role Based Organisation is envisaged to make Hyundai Motor India smarter and future ready,” said Unsoo Kim, MD & CEO, Hyundai Motor India.
Further he stated, ” through agile experiences, immersive learning, and accelerated development opportunities, every Hyundai-an is supported in realising his or her full potential during this shift. This confirms our faith in an infinitely bright future and helps to chart our way, securing Progress for Humanity.”
