With a small effort, organizations can retain their employees and set an example of brand culture and company behavior towards their employees. A real estate enterprise from Chennai has made it possible and realistic to do so in the corporate world.

Casagrand, one of South Indian leading real estate enterprise initiate an new culture of building interstakeholers in the organisation, named as Big Bonanza Initiative in 2013. This initiative was to rewards the employees for their contribution and efforts into company achievements.

Since 2013, the company has achieved their sale targets which also include the immediate year after the covid -19 pendamic.

This year, Casagrand achieved their annual sales target of Rs. 2,903 crore with the collective efforts by the employees across zones. To celebrate this achievement and acknowledge the efforts of the employee, the company organized a week-long trip for 700 its employee to Switzerland.

Titled the “Big Bonanza Initiative,” each employee who has contributed their best effort to the company is rewarded with a trip abroad along with two months’ salary as a bonus.

Last year, upon achieving the target, Casagrand took its 700 and 900 employees to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, respectively.

The trip organized for marks the achievements of last year’s sale target of Rs. 2,903 crore, according to a statement.

The Founder and Managing director, Arun Kumar stated that they respect their employees as family members. How in a family each member works hard to achieving the goal and then celebrate together. Likewise at Casagrand throughout the year they hustle together for achieving the goal and then celebrate the achievement by going on a vacation together.’

Building a culture of inclusivity and acknowledging efforts, Casagrand is taking 700 of its employees for a seven-day trip to switzerland.

The entire trip cost which includes air tickets, accomodation, sightseeing, meals will be borne by the company, as per the statement.

Casagrand, a South India’s real estate developer, established in 2004, claims to have developed over 36 millions sq. ft. of prime residential real estate across Chennai, Bangalore and Coimbatore.
