VerSe Innovation Appoints Rohit Sandal as Chief Human Resources Officer to Power Its Next Phase of Global Talent Transformation

Bengaluru, 28th July 2025: VerSe Innovation, India’s leading local language technology platform and AI-driven tech company, today announced the appointment of Rohit Sandal as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Rohit will lead VerSe Innovation’s global people strategy, with a focus on building future-ready talent capabilities, strengthening culture, and enabling the company’s continued innovation and international growth agenda.

 

Rohit brings more than 20 years of deep HR leadership experience from roles at Freshworks, Lenovo, and Dell, where he led transformational people initiatives at scale. His appointment represents a strategic step in VerSe Innovation’s journey toward becoming a global powerhouse in AI-led content and vernacular technology.

 

Rohit Sandal succeeds Maya John, who is concluding her successful tenure as Chief People Officer to take on a new opportunity outside the company. Maya contributed to scaling VerSe Innovation’s workforce and strengthening its culture during a period of rapid growth, and played a key role in identifying and onboarding her successor while supporting a smooth transition.
