Duroflex Group Appoints Arkadeb Chakraborty as Chief HR Officer
Arkadeb Chakraborty brings over 16 years of experience across both HR and business functions. His career spans diverse industries and organizations, including Escorts Group, ICICI Bank, Ruchi Soya, Godrej Group, and Darwinbox.
Duroflex Group, one of India’s leading sleep solutions brands, has announced the appointment of Arkadeb Chakraborty as its Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including leadership development, people strategies, and driving company-wide change initiatives as the organization enters its next phase of growth.

In his most recent role at Darwinbox, Arkadeb transitioned into a core business position as Director – Customer Success, where he managed a profit and loss portfolio of over USD 6 million. He also spearheaded HR technology transformation programs for more than 130 organizations worldwide. Prior to that, as CHRO at Capital Foods, he worked with leaders and investors to manage critical mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration and business continuity. His tenure at the Godrej Group saw him handle varied responsibilities across HR systems, sales support, factory HR, and labor relations, giving him a comprehensive view of organizational dynamics.
Arkadeb holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from IISWBM, earned between 2007 and 2009, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from Siddaganga Institute of Technology, completed in 2007.
