The launch of InvokBiz India is further strengthened by the appointment of Vinay Nijhawan as Co‑Founder and Director. Nijhawan brings over three decades of experience spanning global HR leadership, entrepreneurship, and organizational advisory.
His career highlights include:
- Building a world‑class product organization at Talisma, one of India’s pioneering global product companies.
- Co‑founding PurpleLeap, a hybrid learning venture that scaled to serve over 50,000 learners annually before being acquired by Pearson.
- Serving as part of the founding team at Skuad, where he helped organizations manage global workforce operations across 100+ countries prior to its acquisition by Payoneer.
Nijhawan has been a practitioner, entrepreneur, CHRO, and builder. His ability to bridge strategy and execution, growth and scale, people and business, reflects the precise blend of expertise envisioned for InvokBiz.
