mPokket launches new work policy to promote employee productivity

mPokket, a digital lending platform, today announced the launch of its new ‘Don’t-Feel-Like-It’ (DFLI) work-from-home policy, aimed at improving employee morale, motivation, and mental well-being while supporting a healthy work-life balance.

This strategic initiative represents mPokket’s dedication to creating a productive and harmonious workplace that values the entire well-being of its team members.

According to the policy, each individual may use up to 12 DFLI days each year, with a maximum of one work-from-home day per month.

This innovative policy is consistent with mPokket’s core principles of employee-centricity and a supportive work environment, since it fosters a culture of flexibility and understanding while fostering a healthy work-life balance.

“We recognize the importance of providing an enabling environment for our employees, where they can grow, learn, and thrive.” Our employees are still our first priority at mPokket. As a result, their mental wellness is critical to our performance,” says Gaurav Jalan, CEO and Founder of mPokket.

“As a result, we are striving to provide a conducive environment for all employees that enables them to achieve their full potential and grow with the organization,” Gaurav Jalan added.

The DFLI work-from-home policy not only solves the various issues that employees in different regions experience, but it also demonstrates mPokket’s dedication to maintaining a healthy work-life balance within the team.

mPokket helps employees to better manage personal commitments while maintaining productivity and job satisfaction levels by allowing them to work from home on their preferred days.

The establishment of the DFLI policy by mPokket is a great move toward emphasizing employee welfare, reinforcing its commitment to providing a loving work environment that allows workers to grow both professionally and personally.

mPokket’s forward-thinking approach strives to develop a positive work-life balance and to build a resilient and engaged workforce that flourishes in all aspects of their lives.

In addition to all-purpose leaves such as Casual Leaves (CL), Earned Leaves (EL), Sick Leaves (SL), and Maternity/Paternity Leaves, the DFLI work-from-home policy is available. These leave categories remain unaltered, with employees eligible to 51 leaves per year in addition to maternity and paternity leave.
