Dixon Technologies, a Noida-based leading electronic goods manufacturing company, ropes in former CEAT Tyres VP-HR Arjun Singh as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Arjun is an HR professional with over two decades of experience in human resources. He has extensive global experience of working in a “Matrix” setup, including heading the HR function for sales, manufacturing, supply chain, and R&D organizations.
Arjun has led global COEs of talent management, performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, communication, and talent acquisition across the telecom, pharmaceutical & healthcare, automobile, and consulting industries.
Prior to joining Dixon Technologies, he was associated with CEAT Tyres Limited as Vice President, Corporate Human Resources. In this role, he was heading the business partnership for the corporate teams of CEAT and heading HR for CEAT Specialty, CEAT Srilanka, and CEAT Bangladesh.
His previous stints include working with organizations such as Glen mark Pharmaceuticals, Tata Group, and Tata Communications.
Arjun started his career working with Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd. as asst. Manager-HR. In this role, he managed HR and IR, including union negotiations at the plant.
Arjun holds a Master degree in business administration from the Xavier Institute of Social Service. He completed his Bachelor of Science from St. Xavier’s College.
