Aditya Kohli, CHRO, Orient Electric, while commenting on this initiative, said that at Orient Electric, they are creating a really diverse and inclusive work environment with more women in the right role which is critical to their long terms business success.

Kohli, further asserted that this is how they spot and address workplace inclusiveness at Orient Electric. They conduct regular connect sessions with female employees, wherein they listen to the experiences and expectations of women in the workforce.

The platform and key discussion area emerging out of this have been menstrual health and hygiene for women. Given this context, Orient Electric is pleased to provide monthly menstrual leave to their female employees.

“At Orient Electric, the people strategy team aims to foster a conducive work environment that allows everyone to feel accepted, valued, and connected,” Aditya Kohli added.
