PepsiCo India has embarked on a transformative mission to empower 1 million women across the country through its newly launched program, RevolutioNari. This initiative aims to bridge the gender gap in the workforce over the next three years, fostering a more inclusive and equitable future for India.

 

RevolutioNari: A Revolution for the Nari

RevolutioNari focuses on three critical areas:

  1. Education: The program educates women, particularly those interested in unconventional roles within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, such as sales, manufacturing, and agriculture. It provides insights into potential career paths and equips women with the necessary skills to thrive in these fields.

  2. Skills Development: Through targeted training programs, RevolutioNari ensures that women gain practical skills and knowledge relevant to their chosen career paths. Whether it’s mastering sales techniques or understanding agricultural practices, the program empowers women to excel.
