Prior to MPS, Geetika held senior leadership roles at OYO and Accenture, where she partnered directly with business leaders to drive large-scale organizational change. At OYO, she played a key role in scaling HR systems and processes during a period of hypergrowth, ensuring that the company could sustain its rapid global expansion while maintaining a strong culture of performance and accountability. At Accenture, she worked on complex talent transformation programs, helping clients and internal teams navigate organizational restructuring, leadership development, and workforce capability building.
