To achieve diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership roles, organizations must empower women at work. Allow them to demonstrate their potential for leadership roles.
Recently, K Raheja Corp, a real estate firm based in Mumbai, launched a women leadership program for its female workers. “Sheroes” is the name of the delighted program. According to the organization, this training has been a transforming development path for 24 female employees. These women were chosen at random and proceeded on a four-month rigorous learning adventure.
These ladies were chosen from the company’s whole group of firms, which includes Mind space Business Parks, Chalet Hotels, In orbit Mall, and K Raheja Corp Homes.
Onsite and offline training sessions, group coaching, and application-based tasks are all part of the curriculum.
