Parul Bajaj Joins Coca‑Cola  as VP and Chief of Staff

The Coca‑Cola Company has announced the appointment of Parul Bajaj as Vice President and Chief of Staff. In her new role, Bajaj will serve as strategic advisor to the Executive Vice President and Global Chief Communications, Sustainability and Strategic Partnerships Officer, strengthening the company’s leadership in global communications and sustainability.

 

Bajaj brings nearly two decades of experience across leading multinational organizations. Armed with an MBA from the University of Mississippi’s School of Business Administration, she began her career in 2007 at FedEx, where she worked as a senior communications specialist for over seven years in Memphis, Tennessee.

 

In 2014, she transitioned to Bridgestone Americas as Senior Manager – HR Communications, based in Nashville. Two years later, she joined Nissan Motor Corporation as Manager, Corporate Communications. Her tenure at Nissan marked a series of progressive leadership roles:

  • 2016–2018: Manager, Corporate Communications, Nissan Motor Corporation.
  • 2018–2019: Senior Manager, External Communications, Renault‑Nissan‑Mitsubishi Alliance, Paris.
  • 2019–2022: Executive Director, Nissan Foundation, Tennessee.
  • 2022–2025: Chief of Staff to Senior VP of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, Nissan AMIEO, Paris.
  • 2025: Senior Manager, Sustainability, Nissan USA.

 

Her assignments spanned the United States, France, and India, reflecting her ability to navigate diverse cultural and business environments while driving strategic communications and sustainability initiatives.

 

At Coca‑Cola, Bajaj’s appointment underscores the company’s commitment to strengthening its global communications and sustainability agenda. As Vice President and Chief of Staff, she will play a pivotal role in advising senior leadership, coordinating strategic partnerships, and ensuring alignment across global initiatives.
