Lenovo India Appoint Ankur Poddar as Head HR- Consumer Business
In this new role, Poddar will be based in Bengaluru and report to Lenovo India CHRO, Bhavya Mishra!
Lenovo India, appoint IMT, Gaziabad and NMIT, Jaipur alumini Ankur Poddar as Head HR for their Consumer Business. He will Lead- Culture and HR Operations at Lenovo India.
Before joining Lenovo India, Poddar was working as Head HR- Airtel Broadband and DTH. He has also worked for Marico and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in his initial career journey as Corporate HR Manager-NTA and Assistant Manager-Business HR, respectively.

As an Head HR – Culture and HR operations his first priority is to get a deeper understanding of the company’s business model, strategic priorities, cultural ethos and current people imperatives, before even deciding upon the focus areas, as a true HR leader.
