R P Yadav is the Founder & Chairman of Genius HRTech Limited, leading the organization since 1993 towards sustained excellence and expansion. Under his leadership, the company has expanded across 16 states, serving over 1,500 locations PAN India, alongside overseas staffing operations in Dubai through Genius HR Tech L.L.C. – FZ, offering 10+ integrated HR solutions. The organization today ranks among the leading recruitment, workforce staffing, and HR services companies, recording a turnover exceeding INR 2000 Crores in FY 2025–26. Prior to founding Genius, Mr. Yadav gained 16 years of experience with Johnson & Johnson, HCL, Jay Engineering Ltd., and Business Forms Ltd. His recognitions include the World HR Congress Global HR Excellence Awards 2015, Lifetime Achievement Award from Bandhan Group 2025, IISWBM 2026, Chanakya Award – HR Person of the Year 2023 and IEM & UEM, Khaleej Times Top Ten Indian Achievers 2022, and World Staffing Awards 2023.
