Microsoft launched AI Odyssey to train 1 lakh developers in India on AI technology and tools

Microsoft has launched a new initiative called AI Odyssey with the goal of educating one lakh Indian developers on the newest artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technology.

Microsoft intends to use this effort to satisfy the growing demand in India for a trained workforce with the ability to apply AI to solve complex challenges and produce worthwhile outcomes. The business recognizes that AI is changing work and everyday life in ways never seen before.

Participants will learn how to create and implement AI solutions for a variety of scenarios by utilizing Azure AI services in the first round of the program. Having access to useful materials, code examples, and tutorials to help you master useful AI skills is part of this.

In the second stage, participants will have to demonstrate their mastery of AI by finishing an online test that includes interactive laboratory exercises. After successfully completing this level, students will receive a Microsoft Applied Skills credential, attesting to their ability to use AI to address problems in the real world.

Any Indian who is interested in AI is welcome to enroll in the month-long program, regardless of prior knowledge or expertise. The curriculum consists of two levels, which members must complete before January 31, 2024.

Future advancements will require artificial intelligence, and India is leading the way with its skilled IT population. With the Microsoft Applied Skills certificate, developers may highlight their abilities and originality in in-demand AI fields. The general director of Microsoft India, Irina Ghose, has urged all developers to become involved in developing significant AI solutions that will boost the Indian economy.
