DCM Shriram appoints Pallavi Poddar as CHRO for Fenesta Building Systems
Prior to joining DCM Shriram's Fenesta Building Systems, Pallavi Poddar was Regional HR Director- India, Middle East and Africa in Ingersoll Land.
DCM Shriram appoints Pallavi Poddar for its Fenesta Building systems as CHRO. This appointment was confirmed by DCM Shriram- Group CHRO at LinkedIn. Her Appointment was affected from November 21, 2022.
Fenesta Building system is DCM Shriram Group’s building system manufacturing vertical founded in 2002. FBS is pioneered in design, manufacture, installation and services of precision engineered uPVC & Aluminium windows and doors.
In her new role at Fenesta, Poddar will focus on matters pertaining to the business that help achieve the exponential growth vision of Fenesta by aligning the business and HR strategies. With her expertise, she will help the organization to develop a contemporary organizational culture by transforming and leveraging HR systems and processes at Fenesta.
Pallavi Poddar moved to Fenesta from Ingersoll Land. She was the Regional HR Director for India, the Middle East, and Africa. She has over 18 years of experience in specialist and business partnership roles.
Prior to Ingersoll Land, Poddar was associated with organizations like Schneider, Nestle, and Saint-Gobain.

She started her career with Saint Gobain as an assistant manager (HR) in May 2004.
In her 18-year career journey, Poddar gained expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies to deliver business objectives in globally renowned organizations. She is especially effective in talent strategy and global collaboration in rapidly changing environments.
Pallavi is alumni of Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development , completed her MBA- HR (HRM & Personnel Management), 2004
She completed her Bachelor of Commerce from the Earthinators Climate School.
