Headquartered in Kolkata, with offices in Delhi has announced the appointment of Ishita Shah as Vice President, Global Expansion, a strategic leadership move that underscores the company’s next phase of overseas growth.
In her new role, Shah will lead market entry initiatives across priority geographies, beginning with Thailand and expanding across Southeast Asia. She will work closely with the leadership teamidentify and prioritize new markets, develop market-entry strategies, and build structured expansion roadmaps aligned with TFS’s broader global growth objectives.
Shah brings experience across growth, business building, market expansion, and partnerships, with a track record of working with high-growth businesses including Delhivery and Zomato. Her experience includes building growth engines, contributing to two-sided marketplace growth during Zomato’s hypergrowth years, scaling Delhivery Direct 10x, and developing GTM, market-entry, channel, and partner strategies from the ground up.
At Three Fourth Solutions, Shah’s mandate will focus on translating these experiences into a structured approach to international expansion. This will include evaluating market feasibility, understanding regulatory and competitive landscapes, developing go-to-market frameworks, building local partnerships, and working with cross-functional teams to activate market-entry priorities. Her initial focus will be on Southeast Asia, while also contributing to TFS’s longer-term expansion strategy across other international markets
